Text Rule options for Workflow Steps

Open workflow step menu

The 'enforce/suggest' setting for Text Rules may be overridden for specific workflow steps.

Click on the triangle next to the workflow step name to open the Workflow Step menu.

The 'Text Rules' sub-menu shows 3 options:

1. Use Settings: This is the default option. Users at this step are beholden to the Text Rules as set up in the Master Document.
2. Enforce All: All Text Rules are set to 'enforce' for this workflow step. This command overrides the 'enforce/suggest' settings from the Master Document.
3. Enforce None: All Text Rules are set to 'suggest' for this workflow step. This command overrides the 'enforce/suggest' settings from the Master Document.
