The Note Groups dialog is where you manage the groups to which you can assign Notes in a Job.
What are Note Groups?
Note Groups help to distinguish categories of notes within a document. Using this window, you can create, edit and delete Note Groups. When creating a Note Group, you can define color codes for different categories.
Note Groups Dialog
- Note Groups: The list of Note Groups created on your Workspace.
- Group Color: The color assigned to the Note Group.
- Option Menu: Click here to edit or delete the Note Group.
- Add Note Group: Click here to create a new Note Group.
NOTE: There are no default note groups in a one2edit™ Workspace. You can create your own Note Groups by following the tutorials elsewhere in the Knowledge Base.
NOTE: Notes in a Document/Job are visible to all users who have the user-group privileges to read Notes, regardless of the Note Group to which the Note has been assigned.
