This section describes the Option Menu for Version Documents.
Open this menu by clicking on the kebab menu (3 dots) beside the Version Document.

When the Version Documents has a Workflow
These are the Option Menu items when the Version Document has a Workflow.
- Open Workflow: Open the Workflow Editor for this Version Document. This is the default action that occurs on a double-click.
- Workflow > Pause Workflow: Pause the Workflow of the Version Document.
- Workflow > Delete Workflow: Delete the Workflow from the Version Document.
- Properties: Open a Project Details dialog for the Version Document.
- Reveal in Asset Browser: Reveal the Version Documents in the Asset Browser.
- Export Document: Open an Export Document dialog for the Version Document.
- Download LowRes PDF: Open an Export PDF dialog for the Version Document.
- Duplicate: Duplicate the Version Document within the Project.
- Delete: Delete the Version Document from the Project.
NOTE: If the Workflow is already paused, then the menu option will be Resume Workflow.
When the Version Document has no Workflow
When the Version Document does have a Workflow, the Workflow sub-menu items are different.
- Workflow > Assign Workflow from Template: Assign a chosen Workflow Template to the selected Version Documents that do not already have Workflows. This will not affect selected Version Documents with Workflows.
- Workflow > Assign empty Workflow: Assign a blank Workflow to the selected Version Documents that do not already have Workflows. This will not affect selected Version Documents with Workflows.
