This section describes the Action Menu in the Templates area.
NOTE: This section provides a high-level overview. For more in-depth explanations, please refer to the appropriate parts of the Knowledge Base.
When zero or one Templates are selected
When zero or one Templates are selected, the Action Button has a + (plus) on it. Click it to create a new Template in the selected folder.
NOTE: You can access options for a single Template via its Option Menu (the 3-dot kebab menu on the Template).
When multiple Templates are selected
When multiple Templates are selected, the Action-Menu options expand to include some Option-Menu items.
- New: Create a new Template in the selected folder.
- Properties: Open the Template Details dialogs for the selected Templates.
- Duplicate: Duplicate the selected Templates within the folder.
- Copy: Copy the selected Templates.
- Cut: Cut the selected Templates.
- Delete: Delete the selected Templates.
NOTE: When multiple Templates are selected, a badge will appear in the top-right corner of the Action Menu displaying how many Templates are currently selected.
