This section describes the Workflows area, where you can create and save Workflows.
These Workflows can then be assigned to Version Documents to create Jobs in one2edit™.
NOTE: This section provides a high-level overview. For more in-depth explanations, please refer to the appropriate parts of the Knowledge Base.
Navigate to the Workflows Area
Click Workflows in the Navigation Menu to open the Workflows area.
NOTE: If you do not see Workflows in your Navigation Menu, your user may not have access permissions. Please speak to your local one2edit administrator if you feel that this is in error.
Workflows Area
- Workflow Folders: This area displays the folder-structure you create to organize your Workflows. Use the Action Button to create new folders.
- Workflows: This area displays the Workflows within the selected folder. Use the Action Button to create a new Workflow.
