Setting the default font source for projects in a workspace

The Client Workspace Settings dialog allows you to set many default values for the Client Workspace, including how to handle fonts for a one2edit™ Project.

  1. Click Settings > Client Workspace Settings to open the Client Workspace Settings dialog.
  2. Select an option from the Use Document Fonts drop-down menu.

The options are:

  • Always use client font packages: Documents will only use the centralised font packages on the workspace by default.
  • Allow custom document settings: Allows the font selection for each document to be set up individually via its Project Details dialog (i.e. set up manually).
  • Use Document Fonts Folder: Documents will automatically use the font files located in the Document fonts sub-folder of the uploaded InDesign package.
