You may override the Enforce/Suggest setting for all Text Rules at specific Workflow Steps.
Workflow Step Menu > Text Rules
Click the kebab menu (3 vertical dots) next to the name of the Workflow Step to open its menu.
The Text Rules sub-menu has 3 options:
- Use Settings: This is the default option. The Enforce/Suggest settings at this step will be those of the individual rule sets.
- Enforce All: All Text Rules at this step are Enforced. This command overrides any Enforce/Suggest settings set elsewhere.
- Enforce None: All Text Rules at this step are Suggested. This command overrides any Enforce/Suggest settings set elsewhere.
