Click 'Settings > Content Rules (Policies)'
Click on the 'Content Rules (Policies)' option in the 'Settings' menu
'Content Rules (Policies)' window
The content rules window will have a default directory called 'Content Rules' already present.
There will, however, be no existing content rules in that folder.
