Default filename settings
The 'Download Filename' will be given to any file that is downloaded or exported via a menu action, i.e., user-driven.
The 'Export Filename' will be given to any file that is exported automatically via a workflow action, i.e., no user-interaction.

Adding variables and changing the default filenames
To change the default filenames, simply edit the text in the filename field.
To add 'variable' sections of text, use the drop-down menus on the right, as shown. Any variable will be placed at the cursor position in the appropriate field.
