This section describes the 'Job' menu in the 'Jobs' tab.
Important:
Please note that this section only describes the menu options at a high-level. For more in-depth explanations, please refer to the appropriate parts of the manual.
Menu: 'Job'
Clicking on 'Job' displays a drop-down menu.
You can either select a job and choose a command via the 'Job' menu, or you can use the action buttons on the right hand side of your window.
NOTE:
The command 'Job > Export Translation' as well as 'Action > Export' will only be available if the selected job is a translation job.
NOTE:
The 'Job' menu will only be active if a job is selected.
'Job > Edit'
Clicking 'Job' > 'Edit' will open the 'one2edit Editor' window.
'Job > Delegate'
Clicking 'Delegate' allows the user to bring other registered one2edit™ users into the workflow step.
The job recipient can be sent an e-mail composed by the user who is delegating the job. Variables can be used to insert dynamic job information to the e-mail.
'Job > Export Translations'
The text from the job can be exported in Excel or .o2et formats for translation in other applications.
Once the translations have been completed, the translated file can then be re-imported to one2edit™. This will update the text in the job document.
'Job > Download LowRes PDF'
This option will generate a low-resolution PDF of the selected job for download. The generated PDF will contain the current text of the job document.
