This section describes the 'Job' menu in the 'Job Archive' tab.

Please note that this section only describes the menu options at a high-level. For more in-depth explanations, please refer to the appropriate parts of the manual.
Menu: 'Job'
Clicking on 'Job' will display a drop-down menu.
'Job > Document Export'
Here we see the 'Export Document' window.
The 'Export' drop-down menu allows you to choose the file formats of the exported document: PDF, INDD, IDML, ZIP and TMX.
The 'Target' drop-down menu allows you to choose between direct download, export to an asset project, or an emailed download link.
NOTE:
More options may become available, depending on the export file format chosen.
'Job > Download LowRes PDF'
Clicking 'Download LowRes PDF' opens the 'Export PDF' window.
You can generate and download a low-resolution PDF of the selected job. The generated PDF will contain the final text of the job document.
